Terms of participation
- Tuition fee to be paid before the start of classes, including a non refundable registration fee of 300 Euro to be paid when enrolling
- Included are the chamber music classes to which students are invited to participate in view of preparing end of training courses’ concerts.
- Bed & Breakfast graciously offered by local hosts for students registered before 15 July.
- Registration forms to be received by 15 July. After that date, registration will depend on available places.
- Any change of Professor due to exceptional external circumstances will not lead to reimbursement of the tuition fee.
- Formal dress requested for concerts by students

I'm making the payment of the non-refundable registration fee (300€) by bank transfer to the order of the "Rencontres Musicales Internationales d'Enghien", Account n° 635-4049901-08, at the Delta Lloyd Bank, rue Montgoméry, 45, B-7850 Enghien.
I agree to pay the balance, also by bank transfer, at the latest eight days before the Master Classes are due to begin.
If I am not accepted to attend the courses, my registration fee will be reimbursed by the Encounters.
Students who are not resident in Belgium will make out a bank transfer in Euro with the mention "without charges for the beneficiary".
Checks are not any longer accepted unless you agree to pay the amount of 30 additional euro for the banking costs

General fee for a full session
- Piano Class with Jean Fassina : 890.- €
- Cello Class with François Guye & Jeroen Reuling: 890.- €
(Instrument tuition along with chamber music as well as lodging for the whole fortnight)
Fees for short term classes
- Voice Class with Mitsuko Shirai : 400.- €
- Voice Class with Daniel Ottevaere: 650.- €
- Violin Class with Rpaphaël Oleg: 330.- €
- Violin Class with Zakhar Bron: 810.- €
- Viola Class with Christoph Schiller: 730.- €
- Chamber Music classes only: 550.- €
Bed and breakfast are provided free of charge by the local families for students registered before 15 July.
A list of restaurants and cafeterias in close proximity to the Château will be provided to students.
The average price of a reasonable hot meal is about 10 Euro.
A non-refundable down payment is to be sent in with the registration form: 300 Euro.
If registration should be refused, the down payment will be reimbursed by the Encounters.
Registration must be received by 15 July at the latest.
After that date, registrations will be restricted to the number of places still available.
Unregistered student card: 150 Euro.
